By using CareMetrics, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the service.

2. Service Description

CareMetrics is a cloud-based analytics platform for dental clinics to track quality, production, and utilization.

3. Your Responsibilities

You must be 18+ and use the service lawfully. You're responsible for your account security and the accuracy of data you enter. You must comply with GDPR and Swedish Patient Data Act when processing healthcare data.

4. Prohibited Uses

Don't use the service illegally, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malware, reverse engineer, or share account credentials.

5. Your Data

You own your data. We process it only to provide the service. You're responsible for backups. We're not liable for errors in your data.

6. Intellectual Property

The service is owned by CareMetrics. Don't copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.

7. Service Availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee availability and may modify or discontinue the service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareMetrics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

You can terminate your account anytime. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access ends and data may be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are subject to Swedish courts.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
